Having worked for Creative Family Law Solutions since 2016, he is the first voice that clients hear when interacting with CFLS – which is testament to his exceptional phone manner. In his earlier years at our firm, Tom primarily managed administrative duties and represented our business, and has only continued to make a positive impact for CFLS ever since. Whether he is liaising with Legal Aid or chatting to a client, Tom brings a gentle yet direct approach to all interactions, expertly using his people skills to communicate with clarity, validation and kindness.
Tom shares the pragmatic CFLS approach to family law, and feels passionate about being able to help clients achieve their goals and live life on their own terms. He is someone who possesses deep critical thinking and analytical skills that can be relied upon to workshop ideas or situations faced by the CFLS team, and is always ready to help find the best solution.
