This week I am presenting the workshops in Unit 2 of the FDRP Training provided by the College of Law. Over three days we will explore how to adapt the skills learned from Unit 1 about the basic mediation model, to family disputes. We will focus on the intake or pre-mediation assessment, how to facilitate a child focus approach, and how to understand the story underlying each parties position, and use this to develop a common understanding, approach and resolution. If you would like to know more, watch out for my next resource which will explain this in more detail.
